Recruitment and the inaugural meeting of Ekospirit
With the beginning of the new academic year, the Ekospirit Student Research Group is looking for new members!
We cordially invite you to the first meeting of the Society this academic year: November 8, 2022. at 18:30 in room 6 A-1.
In our research group we focus on:
- Circular economy,
- Reclamation of degraded areas,
- Waste management,
- Renewable energy sources,
- and other aspects of the environment … 🙂
Ekospirit – who are we, and how to contact us?
In the previous academic year, we conducted two projects under the Rector’s Grant 2022:
- Waste recovery in the reclamation of degraded areas with the use of phytoremediation assisted by laser stimulation,
- Portable photovoltaic educational stations.
The main goal of the Research Group is to arouse interest in scientific and research, creative, self-education and popularising work in environmental engineering, particularly in waste management, water and air protection, and revitalisation of areas degraded by industry and renewable energy sources. Members of the group engage in various scientific and organisational works and actively participate in lectures, conferences and trips to industrial plants.
