The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Resource Management of the Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Kraków undertakes to ensure the website’s accessibility in compliance with the provisions of the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. The website is partially compliant with the Digital Accessibility of Public Entities’ Websites and Mobile Applications Act due to the non-compliances or exclusions listed below.
- The website contains films with no subtitles for deaf users. The subtitles are provided for new film productions.Publications in the form of PDF files are partially accessible. There are two versions of files uploaded on the website: PDF and DOC.
- Some published photos do not have an alternative caption, they are for illustrative or promotional purposes and are not used for current assignments.

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE DEAN’S OFFICE AND FACULTY OFFICES IN THE AGH A4 BUILDING
The main entrance to the A-4 building is located on the AGH campus. There is a porter’s lodge located at the entrance which supervises people entering the building. There are stairs (11 steps) at the entrance to the building. This entrance is not accessible for the wheelchair users. The entrance on the side of the building, to the right of the main entrance, has been adapted for wheelchair users. There is a ramp leading to the entrance. An additional entrance to the building with a ramp for wheelchair users is located in the inner courtyard of buildings A3 and A4.
Accessibility of corridors, stairs and lifts
The corridors in the building ensure free movement. There are no level differences in the circulation area.
Stairs do not have any special facilities for people with disabilities.
The building is equipped with a passenger lift moving between floors -1 (low ground floor) to the 4th floor, partially adapted to the needs of people with disabilities with dimensions: 1,1×1,3 m. The lift is equipped with voice announcements and labels in Braille alphabet.
Information on the location and use of parking spaces designated for the disabled.
There is a parking space designated for persons with disabilities in the internal car park, located on the side entrance adapted for persons with disabilities. There is an entrance to the car park from 7 Reymonta Street (Main Gate). The car park entrance is restricted by a security barrier with an intercom and a staff station. It is possible to apply for a pass to open the barrier or assistance from the AGH security guard.
ACCESS TO THE FACULTY LIBRARY AND FACULTY OFFICES IN BUILDING A1
The main entrance to the A-1 building is located on the AGH campus. There are stairs (6 steps) at the entrance to the building. This entrance is not accessible for wheelchair users. People who use wheelchairs can get to the building through the entrance to building C1. A wheelchair ramp leads to the entrance. There is a lift in the building, which should be taken to the first floor and with the use of the ramp in the building C1 and A1 connector to enter building A1. The access to the rooms of the Faculty Library is ensured by a side entrance from the exit between the A0 and A1 buildings on Reymonta Street and a lift located in this part of the building.
Accessibility of corridors, stairs and lifts
The corridors of the building ensure free movement. There are no level differences in the hallways, except in the connecting passage between building C1 and A1, where the ramp is available, and at the stairs in front of the entrance to the library premises. The library rooms are accessible via the side entrance of the building.The staircase does not have any special facilities for people with disabilities.Building A1 is equipped with 2 passenger lifts. One goes between floors -1 (low ground floor) to 3rd floor, and the other in the library building between floors -1 (low ground floor) to 2nd floor. The lifts are partially adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, with dimensions: 1,1×1,3 m. They are equipped with voice announcements and labels in the Braille alphabet.
