ETEIA – Support for young entrepreneurs
ETEiA Energy Transition Entrepreneurs in Action – developing a supportive academic environment for young talents is a project aimed at supporting young people – future entrepreneurs to gain invaluable competencies in establishing and running successful companies. Internship participants in the ETEIA project will receive support in developing these skills. Our guideline is the fusion of business, education and innovation. We believe that the combination of these three components creates a driving force that is crucial for individual development and society as a whole. Above all, it supports young entrepreneurs.
The wonderful seven personality traits
We aim to create entrepreneurs who will be our representatives as transformation leaders. For us, an entrepreneurial person is an ambitious person, willing to take risks, aware of what surrounds him, a person looking more broadly. Today, entrepreneurs are distinguished by creativity; they are not afraid to tell the world about their ideas and then implement them.
Undoubtedly, this is also a person who constantly wants to develop and learn new skills. Thus, an entrepreneur is not always, or even never, a person who was born with all these competencies. Nevertheless, thanks to our willingness and commitment, we can work out all of these skills. We are developing the personality that is ready for a successful career, and the ETEIA project is designed to support this.
Building an entrepreneurial personality
Within the ETEiA Energy Transition Entrepreneurs in Action – developing a supportive academic environment for the young talents project – initiatives of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology entitled Higher Education Excellence Initiative, Łukasiewicz Centre organizes student internships. Their objective is to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills by experienced experts from Łukasiewicz who will show how to initiate and manage research projects and commercialize their results, mainly what are Łukasiewicz’s Challenges and how the Łukasiewicz Accelerator works.
