An attempt to systematize information on the origins of the cave and its historical identification and tourist development. It presents mining and geotechnical methods designed and applied in practice to save an underground monument during subsequent stages of its adaptation, reconstruction and modernization. It contains information resulting from over 60 years of experience of AGH research teams conducting rescue works in the cave. It draws attention to several threats and technical problems occurring when securing the cave and its adaptation to the requirements of underground tourism.
Kowalski A., Mika W.: Zasady określania odszkodowania pieniężnego za utratę wartości budynków wychylonych na skutek działalności górniczej, wyd. 2023	A proposal for a method for determining the amount of monetary compensation for the loss of value of a residential building deflected as a result of mining activities was presented, including a method for measuring the deflection on the basis of which the compensation is calculated. The rules have been developed for residential buildings with 1-3 floors, the technical condition of which does not pose a threat to the safety of further use.
Turek M., Hai Duc Dong: Zmiany techniczno-technologiczne i organizacyjne kopalń węgla w Wietnamie,  wyd. 2022	Information about hard coal mining was presented and technical, technological and organizational changes in underground hard coal mines in Vietnam were described in detail. The complexity of the issue of restructuring Vietnamese mines, the lack of in-depth analyzes and efficiency assessments, and the multiple methodological approaches mean that there are no studies covering these issues in a comprehensive manner. The technical, technological and organizational changes in underground hard coal mines described in the monograph apply only to mines of the VINACOMIN Group.

Each chapter begins with a Scenario that presents the situation in which the dialogue takes place. Sample negotiations are preceded by a review of the Strategy, which will then be used in practice.
Niemczyk A.: Jak zarządzać zespołem handlowym i przetrwać, wyd. 2006	The author describes the tasks of the sales manager and salesperson: from coaching to stopping the decline in sales. It points out the mistakes most often made by sales managers and salespeople, and shows how to retain the best of them. It outlines what motivates Polish salespeople and how to build teams and develop their competences. It suggests ways to deal with problems such as entering a new company, deterioration in sales results, shake-ups in the sales team.
